Gradient Dreamz provides educational consulting, visa assistance, and related services for individuals seeking guidance in academic and professional opportunities. Our services include but are not limited to, free counselling sessions, document review, and application processing for university admissions and visa approvals.
Paid counselling: Initial counselling sessions are provided at a charge of INR 2000 for One Hour. These sessions include guidance on course selection, career pathways, and general admission advice.
Fee for Services: Any service fees (related to documentation, visa assistance, etc.) will be communicated clearly during the consultation phase. These fees are valid only for two intakes, meaning the service fee covers application processes for two consecutive admission cycles.
Electronic Submission Only: All documents required for services must be submitted electronically. Gradient Dreamz does not accept or process any hard-copydocuments.
Official Communication: Any communication received without the domain @gradientdreamz.com should not be considered official communication from Gradient Dreamz. Please verify the source of all communications to ensure they are legitimate.
Fake Documents: Gradient Dreamz strictly does not support or promote the submission of fake or falsified documents. Clients are solely responsible for the authenticity of all documents they provide. If any document is found to be fake or unverifiable, Gradient Dreamz reserves the right to terminate the service immediately without any refund, and the client will be fully accountable for any legal or institutional repercussions that arise from the submission of such documents.
While Gradient Dreamz strives to provide the best possible advice and assistance based on our expertise, we do not guarantee admission, visa approval, or any other outcome related to your application process. All decisions regarding admissions and visa approvals are solely at the discretion of the relevant institutions and authorities.
To ensure thesuccessful completion of services, you, as the client, must:
● Provide accurate and complete informationin a timely manner.
● Submit all required documentselectronically as requested by Gradient Dreamz and relevant authorities.
● Act in compliance with the applicationtimelines and legal requirements for visas, university admissions, and otherrelated processes.
● Failure to do so may result in delays orcancellation of services, for which Gradient Dreamz is not liable.
We are committed to protecting your personal information and ensuring your privacy. Any personal data provided to Gradient Dreamz will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy and used solely for your consulting needs. We will not share your data with third parties without your consent, except when required by law.
Gradient Dreamz reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service without prior notice. Any changes in fees or terms will be communicated in advance and will apply to future clients or subsequent intakes.
Gradient Dreamz is not responsible for any losses or damages, whether direct or indirect, arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to missed deadlines,visa rejections, admission denials, or miscommunications. Our liability is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific services rendered.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of India.
Gradient Dreamz reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is the client's responsibility to review the terms periodically for updates.
